By practicing yoga, I aspire to enhance my chakra system and unlock its full potential. My focus will be on fortifying four of the seven vital chakra elements - Root, Throat, Heart, and Crown - by creating a harmonious blend of visual and audio sensations.

Personal Research

The concept of the chakra system is deeply rooted in ancient Indian philosophy and spiritual practices, particularly in the context of yoga and Hinduism. Chakras are thought to be energy centers within the subtle body that correspond to specific physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects.

I noticed that the concept of chakras is rooted in spirituality and philosophy, and scientific consensus on the existence or functioning of chakras may vary. It's often considered a subjective and experiential aspect of spiritual practice.

In Rhino, I utilized the Grasshopper plug-in Graphic Statics to craft four intricate models that represent those four elements above. From these models, I derived some 2D sketches.
